Role:
The success of Sexpression:UK is dependent on both real-time and strategic responses to feedback and data. The Monitoring and Evaluation director supports the charity by maintaining accurate records of its activities and communicating these to the National Committee and Trustees. This supports the charity in centring young people and minoritised groups in our work. This role will work closely alongside numerous roles on the National Committee, supporting them in responding to previous feedback and data.
Responsibilities:
- Support branches in fulfilling their Monitoring and Evaluation requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, reporting on school facilitation sessions and on-campus events.
- Provide feedback to branches, the National Committee, and the Trustees based on this data at the Branches Councils.
- Disseminate the data to relevant parties, including the completion of the annual impact report. This report should be presented at the second Branches Council of the academic year.
- This dissemination should include thorough analyses of the data, and advise on how Sexpression:UK can progress and further align itself to the charitable mission and values.
- Collect and evaluate data from internal events. This includes, but is not limited to, training weekends.
- Work to find ways to further accredit our volunteers to support their CPD (Continuing Personal Development).
- Collect and analyse volunteer demographic data.
- This should be used to inform the National Committee on how they can improve diversity and inclusion within their roles.
- Keep the campus event tracking tools up to date and evaluate data
- Review and maintain the organisation of Sexpression:UK’s Notion account to ensure record keeping and documentation of charity history.
- Ensure that all National Committee members update their sections that have become outdated.
- Create and maintain a ‘Charity History’ section to record key aspects of the charity. This includes, but is not limited to: updates to policies; National Committee members; Trustee members; branches; and annual events. This page should allow anyone to have a comprehensive understanding of how Sexpression:UK has progressed and developed over the years.
- An annual summary of this information should be presented at the second Branches Council of the academic year.
