Role:

The success of Sexpression is driven by our ability to connect with and engage our diverse community. The Director of Engagement is committed to fostering strong relationships with individual donors, alumni, and the broader community to support our mission of empowering young people through comprehensive relationships and sex education (RSE).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage campaigns for individual donations.
• Create strategies to engage and retain individual donors.
• Craft communication materials for individual giving.
• Manage the organisation's presence on individual giving platforms. This may include JustGiving and Buy Me A Coffee.
• Develop and manage partnerships with external companies, including but not limited to:
  • Organising internships with external companies for NC
  • Advertising partners’ endeavours
  • Organising events involving partners
• Assist supporters with their fundraising efforts.
• Manage the alumni network
  • Manage existing alumni network and develop and maintain relationships with alumni.
  • Create and execute alumni engagement strategies. This may include, but is not limited to: dispersing a regular newsletter for alumni; organising events for alumni to attend; and promoting alumni’s work to Sexpression:UK’s volunteers.
  • Organise events and networking opportunities for alumni.
  • Organise mentoring between alumni and current members
• Connect alumni and partners with branches to share their expertise.
